Tax outputs are estimates
Any tax figures shown in LedgerlyPro (income tax, National Insurance, VAT, etc.) are estimates only based on UK rules at the time of calculation. Your final liability may differ. Always verify with an accountant or HMRC directly before submitting.
Payroll summaries
LedgerlyPro provides payroll summaries only — we generate PDF payslips and accountant-ready summary packs. We do not submit RTI returns to HMRC. RTI submissions, tax code changes, pension scheme setup and year-end filings remain your accountant’s or HMRC’s responsibility.
AI suggestions
LedgerlyPro uses AI to assist with expense categorisation, receipt scanning, anomaly detection and written summaries. AI suggestions are estimates and may not always be accurate. You are responsible for reviewing every AI-generated suggestion before relying on it. AI does not replace an accountant.
HMRC Making Tax Digital
Where LedgerlyPro supports HMRC Making Tax Digital submissions in the future, we act solely as a software provider. You are responsible for reviewing all data before submitting it to HMRC.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of your financial records, the timeliness of your tax submissions, and any decisions made using LedgerlyPro’s output.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. Continued use means acceptance.
