Open Import Data in the sidebar, pick what you're importing (invoices, expenses, bank, customers, suppliers), and drag the file in.

What data can I import?
Invoices (paid and unpaid), expenses with receipts, customers, suppliers, and your full bank transaction history. Our automatic field mapping recognises the most common column layouts so you rarely have to map anything yourself.
Is it difficult to switch?
No. Upload your file, confirm the auto-detected column mapping, preview every row, and import. Most users finish a complete migration in under 15 minutes — no spreadsheets, no developer help, no support tickets.
Will I lose any data?
No. Every import gives you a row-by-row preview before anything is saved, and failed rows are reported with a clear explanation so you can fix and re-upload. Your old software keeps your data too — we never ask you to delete the source.
